Safetyto Sorrento is a 24km ultra marathon swim course from Safety Beach to Sorrento on Victoria's iconic Mornington Peninsula, Australia. Swim distances include 6km, 12km and 24km. The swim is held annually on the second Saturday in February.This year, the event was successfully held on February 9th. Swimmers enjoyed the swim and gathered happily together. Upcoming event date is Saturday 14th February 2026, Valentines day. Join them for the "Love swim". U24 was conceived as an alternative to Rottnest channel swim after Covid-19 caused travel restrictions for all Victorians in Australia. It is a 24km open water swim from Safety Beach to Sorrento. Peter Hendriks and Charlie Evans developed the swim event since 2022. That was also the beginning that Corals Trading Co. Ltd. worked with Peter on supplying custom swim cap for U24. This year, U24 team worked with us on more merchandise for the event. The event will take place on 17th.Feb. 2024. We can foresee it will be another great U24 event this year!
